West African country, Ghana now has a young girl as one of its youngest university student as at this moment.
13-year-old Ruth Ama Gyan-Darkwa, gains admission into Ghana’s Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Ruth, a fresher at the university will be pursuing BSc degree in Science and Mathematics.
According to her father, Kwadwo Gyan Darkwa, Ruth studied General Science at St. Louis Senior High School in Kumasi where she gained admission at the age of 10 after writing the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the first year of junior high school.
