Bonang Matheba’s $38k 30th birthday party was a star-studded celebration in Africa [Photos]

South African TV star Bonang Matheba threw herself a lavish 30th birthday party over the weekend, and some of South Africa’s biggest stars showed up.

The bash, which reportedly cost around $38,000 was ballgowns, Champagne and A-listers abound as the local star partied with her famous friends at the luxurious Summer Place venue in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

Guests were treated to a ballerina parade as part of the festivities.

Matheba was a confectionery dream in a delicious strapless Gert-Johan Coetzee tulle ball gown, with its sweet pink hue.
