A group of three women and a man went to eat at the Russian restaurant Chinar on New Year’s Party, racking up a bill of $645 only for them to walk out of the restaurant without paying.
The group of four was spotted driving away from the restaurant in a silver S.U.V towards Father Capodanno Boulevard, according to the police.
The group was caught on the restaurant’s surveillance cameras they walked in.
