Just like everyone who grew up with dreams they have nurtured from childhood and suddenly lives on dream they never thought of, Elijah Amoo Addo is not an exception.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian chef, who grew up with dreams of being a doctor has no doubt recorded an admirable feat in his chef career.

In an exclusive interview with Africanews.com, Elijah reveals how he dropped his lifetime ambition to become a medical doctor.
According to him, “life took a turn at him with no choice than to hold onto my passion for cooking and take a course in culinary studies at Sphinx Hospitality school and catering services in Lagos, Nigeria.”

Elijah’s passion and drive to his profession, raises question as he appears almost everywhere in his chef gear, dressing with his cap and apron.
The most recent of which he met with Queen Elizabeth of England, where he earned an honor along other young people.
He was however honored for his passion for cooking, and safeguarding excess food for vulnerable children, aged and the mentally challenged.
