You deserve to feel good as hell.” She teared up at the end of her triumphant VMA debut — which took place in front of a massive G-stringed booty-balloon backdrop.
Next up: Billy Ray Cyrus introduced Lil Nas X, who debuted his new single “Panini,” backed by a crew of dancers who looked like they stepped right out of the sci-fi cult classic “Tron.”
