During a recent online live interview on Spade TV, a Louisiana born Texas-based rapper, Nina Laretta made a startling revelation that her husband is her cousin, a discovery that came to light after they had two children together.
Laretta candidly shared the unexpected family connection, explaining that her grandmother eventually disclosed the surprising information.
According to Laretta, her grandmother revealed that she and her husband share a lineage traceable to great-great-great-grandparents somewhere in their family tree.
“By the time we had two kids, my grandma told us.”
However, the exact extent of their familial connection remains uncertain, as they haven’t been able to establish how far back their relationship goes.
“I’m from the country, you know? The real country where everybody knows everybody’s chickens and cows… like everybody knows everybody. So, you’re gonna end up fucking your cousins regardless, or you ain’t gonna be fucking,” the femcee stated without a lick of shame.
Despite this revelation, Laretta emphasized that her children were healthy and “in perfect condition.”
In a rather unconventional stance, Laretta asserted that the degree of cousinship matters, stating that it “does not count if they are not your first, second, or third cousin.” She expressed her willingness to continue building a family with her distant cousin, emphasizing the importance of their mutual affection in their relationship.
