HOUSTON (FMGWIRE) – A marketing officer and event producer, Udeme Ikaiddi on Sunday night crowned Miss Nigeria USA 2023 at the MATCH Theatre in downtown Houston, Texas.
First runner-up, Juliana Orepo-Orjay and the 2nd runner-up, Chisom Anyaegbunam.
Ikaiddi, growing up with a resilient single mother who pursued her PhD while raising her and her sister, help her to learned the importance of determination and empowerment.
Ikaiddi emphasized that success requires both the belief that one can accomplish something and the feeling of empowerment to do so.
